After successful completion of his engineering, Mr Agrawal developed a vision of making his mark in the disposable industry. Under the guidance of his extended family, who were already in the disposable line, he laid the foundation of Mayan Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in year 2012.
After successful establishment of his name in Paper cups industry, Mr. Agrawal moved towards the disposable plastic products (Under the brand name of “Radha Plastics”) in 2014.
He is working studiedly day and night to achieve his vision to stand for quality & affordable product to help our nation growth. He actively contributes towards entrepreneurship development.
Mr. Agrawal has developed deep expertise in disposable design and development, rebranding and marketing, new service development and procurement.
Passion, interest and destiny pulled the commerce and management graduate to completely immerse himself in the disposable world.
After completion of his MBA in year 2014, Mr. Palash joined business and played a pivotal role in transformation of Mayan Engineers. His primary area of expertise includes Business Development and Corporate Strategy.
He took Mayan Engineers to another level by diversifying the product line. Heintroduced the Aluminium foil products in year 2018 under the brand name “A-One Fresh”.
He has developed deep expertise in disposable quality, systems & process development and operations excellence.
